WelcomeSet in the beautiful Leicestershire countryside, Camp is a residential Christian camp for children and young people attending Knighton & Avenue churches & their friends. Camp has a variety of activities, including craft, sport, bouncy castle and games. The camp also meets together to sing, pray and learn more about Jesus and what it means to follow God today through what the Bible says.
This year, we will once again be at the Harby Centre near Melton Mowbray.
Camp is for ages between 9 and 18 (school years 4 – 13) split into 3 camps and organised by Knighton Free Church Leicester in association with Avenue Community Church. Priority will be given to those the camp is aimed for, to provide a Christian holiday for these individuals.
Camp no longer run bookings on a first-come first-served basis. Instead, please register your interest for Camp 2026.
Although places are limited, there is no urgency to register your interest as soon as the website is open. For successful registrations, you will be able to confirm and pay for each place from 15th March 2026. Every registration is assessed on a case-by-case basis. Registrations from those with additional needs will be taken into consideration. Reasonable adjustments will be made where possible but due to the nature of the camp, not all additional needs will be able to be catered for.
From 15th - 30th March a deposit or full payment must be paid to confirm the booking. After this time, if a deposit is not paid the place may be lost. Applications may still be made after 15th March but could experience delay in booking confirmation.

There is a sibling discount of the £25 deposit back for 2nd, 3rd, 4th etc sibling booked onto any week of camp.

Balance payments:
From 1st June 2026 you will be able to pay balance payments. You need to pay the balance before camp starts on Sunday 19th July 2026.
